Provided HRO/ASO Administrative Services:

1. Provide requested payroll for Client with respect to each Employee identified by Client in writing. Including electronic filing of all State and Federal reports and year end W-2's. Payroll direct deposit is available for the convenience of your employees.

2. Proper computation of:

  • Payroll Amounts.
  • Employees' Local, State and Federal tax withholdings.
  • Insurance and fringe benefit premium withholdings.
  • Employee contributions to Client's 401(K).
  • Employee wage garnishments and other income deduction orders for alimony, child support, judgments, etc.

3. Provide details of each requested payroll to Client, by employee, including wages, tax withholding, additional employer taxes, fringe benefit charges and deductions such as insurance premiums, mandatory insurance cost attributed to each employee, wage/salary payments attributable to holidays, vacation, sick and/or personal leave, and bonuses. Quarterly statements to all clients verifying all payments of Health Insurance premiums and / or Workers' Compensation payments have been made.


4. Deliver payroll checks to the Client.

5. Provide the necessary forms for use by the Client to accomplish and satisfy minimum State and Federal legal requirements for hiring employees, including the I-9 or other applicable identity and employment eligibility forms.

6. Provide Human Resource consulting assistance to Client: provide Client with general material on subject affecting the employment relationship and counseling with Client on various approaches which may be taken on Human Resource issues in the workplace with the goal and purpose of establishing and maintaining a productive, loyal, and safety-conscious committed workforce.

7. Assisting and Managing the Client in obtaining:

  • Group Medical Insurance Program.
  • Group Dental Insurance Program.
  • Group Life and Accident Death and Dismemberment Insurance Program.
  • Group Long-Term Disability Program.
  • Group Voluntary Life and Accident Death and Dismemberment Insurance Program.
  • Group Vision Care Program.
  • Group Insurance Programs, as Client may from time to time desire to implement.
  • Establishment of an IRS Section 125 Cafeteria Plan for the benefit of Client's Employees.
  • Statutorily requires Workers' Compensation insurance in any state where Client has employees now or where Client hires employees in the future.
  • Adoption and establishment of a Defined Contribution 401(K) Retirement Savings Plan ("401(K)Plan") for Client's Employees.

8. Review all claims for unemployment benefits and advise and assist Client in proper handling of all such claims.

9. Maintain a set of confidential personnel records for use by Client ONLY.

10. Review and consult with Client on workplace safety issues, including but not limited to drug and alcohol policy in the workplace, and recommend to Client work injury prevention, cost reduction and cost control strategies to reduce workplace accidents, injuries and cost associated with such claims.
